### SHIPPING & DELIVERY

**Where do you ship?**  
We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

**When will my order ship?**  
Orders received by 4PM Pacific Time will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

**How long does delivery take?**  
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

**How much does shipping cost?**  
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. For orders under $150, rates are calculated at checkout based on your zip code.

**Will I receive tracking information?**  
Yes — you'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

### ORDERS & PAYMENT

**What payment methods do you accept?**  
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

**Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?**  
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Contact us at support@commontiger.com as soon as possible.

**Do you charge sales tax?**  
We collect sales tax where required by law. The final amount will be shown at checkout.

**What is your return policy?**

**Is there a warranty?**

The frame weighs approximately 12.8 lbs — substantial enough to feel sturdy, yet easy to carry.

**What's the weight capacity?**  
The Daymaker is designed and tested to support up to 300 lbs.

**Does it require assembly?**

### CARE & MAINTENANCE

**Is the Daymaker waterproof?**  
It’s designed for the outdoors, but like any high-quality outdoor furniture, we recommend storing it out of the elements when not in use to maximize longevity.

**Can I wash the cover?**

**Can I purchase replacement parts?**
